Daniel Arriaga

Daniel serves as Director of Operations at Freedom Capital. Daniel is the Founder and CEO of Four A’s Real Estate and has spent 20 years in the Powersports Retail space where he eventually served as a co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of one of the largest dealership groups in the nation. Daniel was a key member of a leadership team who grew the business more than 10X during his tenure, eventually leading to the companies sell into the public market in the spring of 2022. Daniel has been involved in the Real Estate space for 5 years, where he has built a personal portfolio of multiple single-family and multi-family investments across the United States.

Daniel graduated from Tarleton State University where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Management and since has received numerous high-level business management certifications through organizations such as Spader Business Management, EOS, Garage Composites, Grant Cardone, and many more. Daniel and his wife, Rachel live in a small town outside Fort Worth, Texas where they have two young boys. When not working, Daniel enjoys spending time with his family and will likely be found either at the baseball fields, or working the land on their family ranch outside Stephenville, TX.

Michael Mayes

Michael serves as CEO and President of Aquisitions and Operations at Freedom Capital. In addition to Freedom Capital, Michael is founder and CEO of Mayes Capital LLC, an Austin-based opportunistic investment firm focused on diverse real estate deals across the US. His successful background in complex multi-million dollar capital project management, engineering background, and value-add multifamily experience bring significant value to the managing team. Mayes Capital maintains assets in San Antonio, Austin, and Dallas, and are actively expanding into new MSA’s.

Graduating from the University of Texas at Austin, Michael received his bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, and a minor in business. He is an active member of Austin Ridge Bible Church, and thoroughly enjoys serving those in need. He is married to his wife, Heather, and they have two young children. Michael enjoys spending time with his family and friends, hunting, traveling, and keeping up with college football.

Sanjay Chandra

Sanjay serves as Chief Strategy Officer at Freedom Capital. In addition, he currently serves as a principal and managing partner at Trinity Investors and its affiliated companies in a variety of roles and responsibilities on a full time and active basis. Sanjay brings over 30 years of experience as a successful entrepreneur and an active private investor. He has completed more than $10 billion in acquisitions totaling 30,000+ multifamily units, and currently has $6.5 billion in assets under management.

Sanjay serves as a board member for American Leather, which he co-founded in 1990, and where he was formerly president and CFO. He also serves as chairman of Freedom Powersports LLC, and board member at Robokind LLC, Utopia Global Inc, eLearning Brothers, Nuclein LLC, Falcon Structures LLC, Bentwood Kitchens Inc and other affiliate companies. Further, Sanjay serves as an Engineering Advisory Board member for the Cockrell School of Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin.

Graduating with highest honors in 1987 from the University of Texas at Austin, Sanjay received a bachelor’s of science in electrical and computer engineering. He is also a CFA charterholder with the CFA Institute. Sanjay resides in Westlake, TX, with Manisha, his wife of over 25 years, and has three adult children.
